The bearing heater is composed of a dry self-cooling power frequency induction heating device, referred to as the host and control equipment.
Bearing heater working principle:
1. Short-circuit heating: the host is a transformer with a special structure, and the movable yoke is used to directly pass through the sleeve bearing or other heated workpieces. When working, turn on the main power supply of the bearing heater, and the workpiece (equivalent to the secondary winding) will induce a short-circuit current and be heated.
2. Place the yoke on the end face of the main engine core.
3. Check whether the wiring between the plug and the socket is consistent, and the grounding should be good, and then insert the plug into the power socket with a control switch.
4. Turn the function selection switch to the manual position, turn on the power, and then the red indicator light will be on.
5. Press the start button, the main engine is powered on, and the green indicator light is on and the red light is off; press the stop button, the red light is on and the green light is off. At this point, the debugging is completed and can be put into use.
Operating procedure:
1. According to the inner diameter of the bearing, select the corresponding yoke iron (see Table 2), and place the yoke iron of the bearing on the tandem sleeve on the end face of the main engine iron core, which should be consistent and straight.
2. During the heating process, use a spot thermometer to measure the temperature rise at the end plane of the inner ring of the bearing. When the temperature rise meets the requirements, check the time count, stop heating, remove the yoke, and remove the bearing to assemble.
3. To continuously heat the bearing of the same specification, turn the function selection switch to the time control position, set the heating time, and automatically turn off the power when the bearing is heated to the set time.
4. After the work is completed, turn the function selection switch to the stop position and cut off position.
